A stunning view of Hudson and Jersey City from my 46th floor room at this lower Manhattan gem. Prompt front desk service, comfy bed, and clean accommodations. Beware of incidental charges. Fantastic location near 1 World Trade Center. A holiday indeed!

The location offered was super near to very accessible subway stations, 9/11 museum around the corner, subway station in all directions and Close to subway. The room was relaxing and exceptionally comfortable, and it had stable WiFi, a coffeemaker, and a hair dryer that were useful.

There was too firm bed in my room.

The hotel's location was spot on - super close to the downtown attractions like the 9/11 memorial, and just a stone's throw away from the metro lines making exploring NYC a breeze. The staff were really friendly and the little extras like luggage storage and lobby entertainment made the stay very traveler-friendly. Although the air-con was a bit loud in the room, the overall experience was top-notch! 🌟

Everything was very comfortable, I truly enjoyed my stay. The room was recently refurbished & decent size with comfortable seating which was appreciated. Fastest free WiFi, a storage, and a coffeemaker were great. Very good service, though a few employees were very very bad. The location was amazing close to two subway stations. Plus, it was near to historical sights like Wirld Trade Center, landmarks, and easy walking distance to ferry terminal. I think the hotel was extremely convenient and luxury, would return here.

Ideal central hotel with polite staff and amazing views over bay around lower Manhattan. Marvellous and comfy location - close to a public park. Walking distance to the subway, approximately 5 minutes. Spotless and fashionable rooms, really great stay of value for money!

The location of the hotel in New York is great and fab, so close to Wall Street 3 as well as The World Trade Center and Subways. The units were big size and updated on level 14. The staff is nice, fast.

All in all room was exceptionally nice; also provided a bath. The breakfast was marvellous and the location was awesome.
